I can't build my game ... I need some help here

Hi, I have made a game for android platform and it's working fine both in unity editor and in my device. BUT after i added admob plugin ( [Admob for unity plug in][1]) when I try to build it, unity shows me this error message : Error building Player: CommandInvokationFailure: Failed to re-package resources.
